Now blue ain’t the word for the way that I feel

There’s a storm brewin’ in this heart of mine

This ain’t no crazy dream, I know that it’s real

You’re someone else’s love now, you’re not mine

Crazy arms that reach to hold somebody new

While my yearnin’ heart keeps sayin’ you’re not mine

My troubled mind knows soon to another you’ll be wed

And that’s why I’m lonely all the time

So please take the treasured dreams I had for you and me

And take all the love I thought was mine

Oh, someday my crazy arms will hold somebody new

But for now I’m so lonesome all the time

Crazy arms that reach to hold somebody new

While my yearnin’ heart keeps sayin’ you’re not mine

My troubled mind knows soon to another you’ll be wed

And that’s why I’m lonely all the time

And that’s why I’m lonely all the time

I have been a fan since I was about 13yrs old and I am currently approaching 50, I think that’s a pretty long time. I also I invented the 1st Karokee machine to your songs (Tee Hee). What I did’ back when one of your 1st albums came out I would play it on my dads stereo, put a casette tape in the the recorder, sit up next to the speaker, and sing along. It worked pretty good and I think back now at what I did and I laugh. Maybe I should have really invented the machine in your honor.
Your still great and I can’t wait to hear your new album. I hope to see your concert in Wendover, Nevada

Oh my, girl you sing these classics with style.
I have been a big, big fan since I was just 13 and first heard you sing Delta Dawn and have been a fan ever since and use to sing along with ya too, to the top of my lungs, holding a dang Schick hair dryer as my microphone.
My dream years ago was to just hang out and sing some of the old ballad songs, like Blood Red And Goin Down, and the one like Listen to the big bell a ringing on the hill side, hear the town choir singing oh so sweet and high. okay, i done forgot the words but I loved that song so much.
Anyway Tanya, you are the best, i love your down to earth personality, and I use to describe myself as a cross between Tanya Tucker and Lucille Ball. Now that I am 48 and a mamaw, well i still carry a little bit of that personality in my soul.
Hope all your dreams come true!
